The villa is located in a very quiet spot on the southwest coast of Andros, in Punta Peninsula. It is only 13 km away from the port of Andros, Gavrio, and just 5 km from the cosmopolitan Batsi. The Southwest coast of Andros has some of the most beautiful beaches of the island and the most protected by the Cycladic wind.

 

The villa is consisted of 4 bedrooms, 1 large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 1 outdoor seating area and a large beautiful garden with various plants and trees. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Three of them are master bedrooms and have their own bathroom with a shower.

 

The villa features Wi-Fi, private parking, a TV, audio system, a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances, a washing machine and fans in all rooms.
